In order to offer our customers the finest printing machines, a comprehensive series of testing is carried out, from incoming raw materials, in-line production to finished products. Our raw materials are purchased from reliable subcontract vendors, whose products are all qualified for related standards. After that, concentricity testing of the axis and level measurement of the machined parts’ surface is also addressed.

REVOTECH’s mechanical assembly area is staffed with thirty sophisticated technicians, which are responsible for a comprehensive series of tasks, including mechanical assembly. A dial test indicator will be introduced to test the parallelism of the guide track and Y axis to meet desired accuracy requirements. Then, the flatness and perpendicularity of our printing machine will be tested for high installation quality.

In REVOTECH’s electrical assembly area, ink channel, electric circuit and electric parts are assembled in strict accordance with the requirements of 6S management, ISO quality management system and operation instruction. After assembly, testing according to electronic inspection sheet (EIS) will also be delivered for enhanced quality.

Before sending finished products to our finished product area, we must first conduct the dielectric withstand test and safety inspections to ensure that all our products are one hundred percent in line with the standard of our quality management system. After a comprehensive series of testing, qualified products will be packaged in wood boxes, to ensure that all our printing machines are protected from humidity and dust.

Printing machines of different models and different markets will be stocked in different amounts. In this way, optimal production efficiency and shortest lead time is guaranteed.
